We are looking for a graphic designer/production artist who wants to work closely with production in a small but growing company specializing in decals, stickers, and motorcycle graphics.

We are located in Ringön, Gothenburg, with our own production and workshop. Our products are used by customers in over 40 countries, and we now want to strengthen our design function. We are a hybrid company with design, marketing, and printing under one roof, focusing on our own products rather than traditional printing.

The Role

The role can suit both junior and more experienced candidates. The most important thing for us is that you can understand our workflows, become self-sufficient, and contribute to daily tasks.

The work primarily involves practical production art tasks, such as:

• Adapting existing graphics to various decal kits and formats
• Adjusting files for fit, placement, and cutting
• Ensuring that files are print-ready and production-ready
• Working closely with production to achieve the right results
• Being aware that production art spans multiple areas and brands, including B2B for the rest of the company

There is room for creative input and improvements in workflows, but the core of the role is to get the production art right and ready for production.

Knowledge of specific motorcycle models is not a requirement. Attention to detail, understanding of objects, and a good eye for detail are much more important.

Who We Are Looking For

You:

• Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and use it daily
• Have an understanding of print-ready production art
• Are detail-oriented and technically confident
• Work well in a team and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with customer communication and managing these processes is a plus

Photoshop skills are a plus. 3D, e-commerce, or photography experience is beneficial but not required. An interest in motorcycles is nice but not essential.

How We Work

We are a small team with short decision-making paths. What we produce must work in production, not just look good on screen. Roles can evolve over time, but the initial focus is on doing the job properly.

Selection is based on your portfolio, but a submitted digital work sample in Adobe Illustrator is an important part of the process.

Practical Information

• Permanent position with a probationary period
• Full-time, on-site in Gothenburg
• In exceptional cases, open to part-time or project/freelance
• Salary based on experience and level
